Dear Experts,

I read on the internet that as part of a BRO/BRU an OR can ask the bankruptcee to declare their income throughout the lifespan of the BRO/BRU in order to seek a IPA/IPO? This does not sound right to me, but can any of the experts clarify this?

No, A BRO/U has no effect on the normal rules for IPA's
