me and my husband have approximately £18000 debts between us , some are utility bills other catalgue and previous bank accounts ...
we are in a position now where our outgoings are much more than our incomings , my husband works full time on a fairly good wage and we have 3 children .
i have defaulted on 2 utility bills and a loan company who take 280 from us a month - i cant do it anymore ??
what is my best bet here ?

HI Kim

have a look at debt relief orders, one or both may qualify for these.

you may qualify for Debt management plan, perhaps IVA and also bankruptcy so all options are available to you.

Speak to one of the experts who is can discuss all options, then take the one that suits your family needs. (you and Hubby do not have to do same thing)

Richard
