Posted - 01 March 2011 : 19:32:31 help i thought id go to cab for them to help me fill forms in they went on and on well you cant have legal aid i told them i dont want legal aid i just would like someone to look at my forms to check its ok i dont know what to do i dont trust them is there any where else i could go to have them checked thanks

Posted - 02 March 2011 : 08:40:05 You need to list all of your creditors on the forms, not just the main ones or the ones who are chasing you.
Regarding your outgoings, I would list them as you do now as you will get an opportunity to explain the workings out to the OR if necessary.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!

Posted - 02 March 2011 : 08:12:33 things like do i write down the main creditors or the creditors that are trying to get money of me for the main ones if that makes any sense and i do my outgoinsg at 4 weeks 4 fridays 4mondays it that ok or do i work it out 52 weeks

Posted - 01 March 2011 : 20:38:53 I suspect that the local CAB are too busy to assist with a checking process - it would take a few hours and unless thay had been assisting you all the way, then it would be more
