Posted - 05 March 2011 : 14:40:10 My husband was declared Bankrupt in 2005. Just recently the council have been asking him to pay for outstanding council tax going back to 2003. I was under the impression that everything he owed before 2005 was included in the bankruptsy! I am correct?
If so how do I sort this out for him as we now have a baliff involved.

Do you have a copy of your BR order? If not you can apply for one but it will cost you.
