My husband was declared Bankrupt in 2005. Just recently the council have been asking him to pay for outstanding council tax going back to 2003. I was under the impression that everything he owed before 2005 was included in the bankruptsy! I am correct?
If so how do I sort this out for him as we now have a baliff involved.
