Thanks for any replies.

occasional letter if early discharge
if discharge on the anniversay 1 year, the only change for me was the insolvency web site entry against my name changed to discharged.

Posted - 17 March 2011 : 07:27:46 Hi Nicole, From what the Experts have posted in the past I gather that you do not get informed although you would probably get a new I & E form to fill out shortly before AD. You will need to keep a watch on the online insolvency register for your AD details to show. Don't forget to make numerous copies of it as you will need them & the notification is only on the register for a period of time. I think it is 3 months. After that you would have to pay for any copies. I think this is correct, Hoping one of the Experts can confirm this for you.
