Most worried	Posted - 23 March 2011 : 14:02:50 Hi again 1. Is it so that if you have disp income of less that Ł100 after all bill+living etc, then you shouldnt get any IPA to pay...? Or has this amount changed recently....? (I'll be lucky if I have Ł20 left at the end:) 2. And is the insolvency register updated ovenight or during a day? Thanks again for your help:)

Bigal4787	Posted - 23 March 2011 : 15:43:04 Hi MW, from 1st Dec 2010 the IPA calculations did change. If you have Ł20 or more surplus income after all reasonable expenditure has been assessed, then this will result in an IPA being sought. I.E if you have Ł15 surplus income, no IPA If you have Ł25 surplus income, then you will have an IPA for Ł25 per month etc. During the day, exaniners, case clerks, and OR's update the system that they use to administer bankruptcies, which is then used to update the register on a daily basis.
