Posted - 01 April 2011 : 19:21:45 I am 25 years old and have just lost my job and therefore I am unemployed. I have approx 12,500 of debt between 2 different banks. I have no way of repaying my debts and therefore I am seeking avise as what to do next? I have now recieve final demands and have no money to pay these. Would you suggest that bankrupcy is the best option?

If you have no assets to be protected then a Debt Relief Order would be a good way to go. It would only cost you £90 and as long as you have less than £50 a month DI it would be over in 12 months.
