Jane.jm	Posted - 18 May 2011 : 22:10:32 If I declare myself bankrupt, as a self employed person, I have a car, which I use for my business, it's probably only worth Ł5-600, are the receivers allowed to take this, as it would mean that then I cannot make a living as I need the car to do my job (painter & decorator)
