Posted - 31 May 2011 : 23:41:11 House deed is on my wife name but during re mortgage with problems i went in as a guarantor for mortgage,so we have joint mortgage. Now due to my financial problems can not pay to credit cards and wants to go personally bankrupt.How house of wife will be affected???
