Posted - 27 July 2011 : 12:24:44 Have you been informed as to why your IVA has passed to another IP? It is heard of in the industry for another IP to 'take over' existing cases, but your IVA would just continue - the transfer would have no bearing on your existing IVA, and you would just continue to make your monthly contributions as set at your Meeting of Creditors.
