My IVA has been passed from the original company to another...is it right that i now have to pay another set of fees from my payments instead of the money going to my creditors?

Have you been informed as to why your IVA has passed to another IP?
It is heard of in the industry for another IP to 'take over' existing cases, but your IVA would just continue - the transfer would have no bearing on your existing IVA, and you would just continue to make your monthly contributions as set at your Meeting of Creditors.

For more help and assistance with regard to IVA's please look at our 'sister' site iva.co.uk

Hope this helps

You should not have to pay back extra fees to the new company. Your proposal will still stand.

What company were you with and who are you with now?

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe
