Posted - 24 November 2011 : 12:46:17 Hi there I have just received a letter from the Insolvency Service saying that Mazars LLP have been appointed Trustees of my bankruptcy estate. I have no assets other than some Green Belt land of limited value, and my home is in negative equity. Why have they been appointed and should I contact them to get back the BI in my house? Also can someone from my family bid for the land - that was bought with money my father left me so has emotional rather than financial value? Or should I just wait for them to contact me? I was declard BR in August this year.

if appropriate they will sell the land, yes it may be appropriate for family member to purchase
