After living at a friends house for a yr i decided to try and get my own flat which i have now done now a further 16 months have passed and i have recenty got back in contact with my family and a pile of post my with one letter from my iva company saying that he has failed in october this yr which was not a surprise.
i have now got back in contact with my iva company to look at starting a new one as i have 100 surplus money each month but people are telling me that bankruptcy would be best but i really scared about doing this

Posted - 30 November 2011 : 07:23:26 Hi wayniac & welcome from me too.
As Jan has said, have a chat with your IVA company & see what they say. This is a great site with plenty of advice/support if you decide BR is the right direction for you.
Good Luck with whatever you decide to do.
