yes it would,is he still in his bankrupty period, does he have an IPA
Yes he is still in his bankruptcy period he will be discharged later this year, he is paying an IPA which is for 3 years. The issue that we are facing is that we have a baby on the way and I would like us to live back together as a couple which I don't see as an unreasonable however his OR seems to think that just moving in with me isn't a change to his circumstances as we are not married and that I have been able to cope financially bearing in mind I will be on SMP which for me is a big drop in salary, I wouldn't have thought that we would be penalised this way as we are not a married couple. Has he been given incorrect information?
