Posted - 01 May 2012 : 19:48:54 I was declared bankrupt in 2009 and was discharged successfully but it will remain on my file for 6 years. Will my credit rating will be affected after 6 years once it has been removed ? Will anyone able to see that I was once bankrupt after 6 years or whether it will be completely removed ? |

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

If you are asked if you have ever been bankrupt, you will have to answer in the affirmative.
