Posted - 02 May 2012 : 16:47:42 I own a home in Spain and I'm upside down on my mortage. I have moved back to the UK and I'm living in rental accommodation. I have been trying to seel/rent the house in Spain for two years and have been unable to sell. I can no longer afford the mortgage payments. I do not have a job. Can I declare myself bankrupt and hand the house in Spain over to the bank? |
