Posted - 03 May 2012 : 21:35:21 Hi, i have struggled with debt for many years now and can see no way out except to declare bankruptcy. this site has been very helpful but i still am not 100% sure how it works. alot of my debt is to overdrafts/payday loans do these get paid off? and what about a credit card which is my debt and im an aditional cardholder but the account is in my partners name? i also owe money to a family member, should i declare this? thankyou
