Hello Again thank you for your replys.
I am trying to have a CCJ set aside I have a N244 Sample form and a affidavit sample form aswell. The notes on how to fill these out are not clear and would prefer to get it right first time. Any help on filling these out would be great.

Yes possibly - do a google search?
I found one online for the BR Petition as like you I couldn't make head nor tale of the guidance notes. But do allow the experts here to guide you though too they are both excellent :) |

I don't know, did it come with guidance notes at all? If not, maybe make an appointment with the CAB.
