If I went down the road of declaring myself Bankrupt would this take into account all my debts including Bank debts and overdraft and credit cards? |

I will actually clarify that - court fines, CSA debts, stundent loans are not included.

All debts are included in BR.

I had a £800 OD and about £3000 on cards which I put into the BR. |

Yes, overdraft and credit cards are included.
Make sure you take advice as to all your options.
