Posted - 16 May 2012 : 15:31:49 since loseing my job in feb 2012 i was on a debt repayment for my creditors now i am on bennifits i am struggleling to live and have defaulted on my debt repayment scheme i have so many debts now it is affecting my health and dont know which way to turn i was advised by citizen advise to go bankrupt throu the courts but can not afford the out lay

If you are on certain benefits then you can get a reduction for the fees.
Otherwise, there are some companies that can help you out with BR fees and CAB should be able to assist with these.
