Posted - 31 May 2012 : 14:43:09 Hi,
I have been discharged for 2.5 years, no IPA and I purchased the benefcial interest from the OR during my bankruptcy and they have no interest in my property.
I am now considering putting my house on the market and purchasing a new property but am unsure whether I will be able to get a new mortage/level of deposit that may be required/who best to approach etc. I am curently with Northern Rock/NRAM so moving my mortgage is not an option as I will require a larger mortgage.
Any info/advice appreciated. |

Posted - 29 June 2012 : 22:59:57 I think as Ryan hasn't posted for a while he's dropped off the list of experts.
You'll have to do a member search.

Please come back and let us know how you get on.
I'd be ineterested, and I'm sure there's a plethora of people watching from the sidelines.
