Hi,do I fill in first page of bankruptcy form and what about affidavit,will it be sworn in court,so I fill in name occupation and address or wait |

The court officials are authorised and, as Viki says, you sign it when you are at court.

Hi,it is first page of 6.28.it has got affidavit,says when u have filled in forms affidavit. must. Be sworn before. A solicitor or commissioner for oaths or an officer of the court duly authorised to administer oaths
