Posted - 19 June 2012 : 22:30:36 I moved address and did not change this with the DVLA and all bailiff correspondence has been going to my old address for a parking fine. Do I have any rights? |

Posted - 20 June 2012 : 02:51:39 Its imperative that you advise DVLA of all changes of circumstances. Whether it be change of address, ownership or otherwise.

Posted - 19 June 2012 : 22:36:57 Have you spoken to the bailiffs to try and come to an arrangement with them?
You need to sort out your driving licence ASAP as it's an offence not to update your address and you can be fined.
