I moved address and did not change this with the DVLA and all bailiff correspondence has been going to my old address for a parking fine. Do I have any rights? |

Usually fines increase with time as well, so the earlier thats dealt with too, the better.

If you fail to notify change of ownership, as well as committing an offence, you will be liable for any fines etc to do with the car.
Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference

Its imperative that you advise DVLA of all changes of circumstances. Whether it be change of address, ownership or otherwise.

Have you spoken to the bailiffs to try and come to an arrangement with them?
You need to sort out your driving licence ASAP as it's an offence not to update your address and you can be fined.
