I moved address and did not change this with the DVLA and all bailiff correspondence has been going to my old address for a parking fine. Do I have any rights?

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
Agree with Tracey - you need to inform DVLA as soon as possible of your change in address.

Its imperative that you advise DVLA of all changes of circumstances. Whether it be change of address, ownership or otherwise.

If you fail to notify change of ownership, as well as committing an offence, you will be liable for any fines etc to do with the car.

Usually fines increase with time as well, so the earlier thats dealt with too, the better.
