I think the first question we need answering, is what are you in court for on Monday? The previous answers pertain to filing for bankruptcy.

Ascend may you find no resistance Know that you made such a difference All you leave behind will live to the end The cycle of suffering goes on But memories of you stay strong Someday I too will fly and find you again

Posted - 07 July 2012 : 12:39:22 Hi Katy,
You will get a reduction of £175, so your court fee will be £525.
You will need to fill in form EX160A and take a job seekers confirmation letter with you dated within 30 days of when you go to court, you will also need to take the last 3 months bank statements.
Posted - 07 July 2012 : 12:10:55 Not sure whether or not this is one of the benefits where you can get a reduction.
If not then it will cost you £700, if it is then you will get a reduction of £145 I think?
