Posted - 19 November 2012 : 18:48:44 I've answered on your other post Jayne, there would be no reason for them to evict you, if you pay your rent on time and are a good tenant. Is it specifically written into your agreement that they would evict if you declare bankruptcy? If it is, then I would speak to him and tell him that it won't affect your payments.
