Posted - 24 July 2013 : 16:24:21 Hi Maurice - welcome to the forum :-)
Yes include all your other unsecured debts (excluding the ones Niobe mentions above)- it is a requirement to do so, including anything you may have on 'buy now pay later'.

Posted - 24 July 2013 : 14:22:33 Hi Maurice,
I presume a creditor has made you bankrupt?
You will need to list all your other debts on the forms and they will be included in your bankruptcy, apart from the ones Niobe has mentioned, and any secured debts.
You will then have your meeting to discuss everything with the OR.

Posted - 24 July 2013 : 12:24:01 Hi and welcome.
Yes, you include all debts. The only ones that are outside of this are court fines, CSA payments and student loans.
Do you own your own house and if so, is there any equity?
What is total amount of your debt? It may be that another solution is right for you.
I would have a chat with an expert, Viki posts on here and would be happy to give free advice. You can find her contact details under the experts link on the left hand side of the page.
