Hi. Can I change jobs during bankruptcy. I working nights sometimes and I dont want it anymore. In new job Wages is the same. Do I have to notify OR ? |

Midway through my bankruptcy I changed employer, I phoned the OR to inform her and also mentioned that my income would remain approx the same as before. The change of job made no difference to my prior arrangement with the OR, presumably, because my income remained the same. |

As pcoventry as pointed out, even though the wage is the same, you will need to inform the OR.

If the wage is the same then nothing should it's best to let them know so you are seen to be playing by the rules. |
