Hi Sam,

I suggest you make an appointment with the Citizens Advice Bureau to see what your options are.

As Niobe has asked, how much is your debt?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

How much debt are you in? You may be able to do a Debt Relief Order rather than bankruptcy.

Can you give us a few more details please.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
