Karen.47	Posted - 09 September 2013 : 15:04:53 Hello, I live in my son's house. There is no mortgage on it and he lives somewhere else. We don't have a rental agreement but I pay council tax and my utility bills. In case of bankruptcy: would I have a beneficial interest in the house? Thanks
