Posted - 10 October 2013 : 03:45:58 I currently have £36000 worth of debt, unsecured, I earn roughly this a year, I do not own a home and have no significant assets, my monthly debt payments is around £800 p/m with this and house hold bills, rent, bills food etc my wage is gone, is bankruptcy for me or should I consider an IVA

I echo Viki's words - there are a couple of debt solutions you could consider but please pick up the phone and speak to an expert. The advice is free.

How much can you afford towards your debts each month? Have you missed any payments yet?
I advise you speak to an expert and go through all your options as there are many different solutions if you are struggling.
