I've got a friend considering this and they asked me I have no idea as I didn't have any apart from my car which i sold and bought back. So I wanted to ask here. |

You do need to seek some advice - the experts on here can help.
You could also gain some reduction if you are on certain benefits.
What are your debts? Do you have any assets to protect?

You have to each declare bankruptcy separately, the fee is £705 each.
