Posted - 29 August 2008 : 16:44:47 Hi Ian
if your wife owns the car and she is not going Br then this will not form part of the estate for the official receiver - so will be safe.
If you are filing for br then you need to stop paying any of the creditors and save for the court fees. If you realistically have disposable income and want to do a debt management plan why not get a professional to act for you.
Andrew Graveson at BrightOak offers such a service and is an expert on the IVA.co.uk website
Please take some professional advise before moving forward.
