Still waiting to hear about what we were allowed for our I&E, but hey we will find out eventually.

Posted - 31 August 2008 : 14:13:29 Hi Andrew
We are still waiting to hear about our I&E as OH's wages we knew would be lower, but as of yet we are not 100% sure what if any we will pay. I expected to know at the time of interview but the OR in our case needed more time and the new wage slips etc in order to decide what if any will be done as an IPA. Dont know if this has helped at all. JO

Posted - 30 August 2008 : 16:45:05 Hi Andrew,
An IPA will only be set up if you declare a DI of more than £100 pm on your SOA. Again, this can be reviewed as and when your circumstances change.

Posted - 30 August 2008 : 15:03:54 Hi Andrew, me again!
Basically,if you have nothing left for an IPA, you don't get one. If your circumstances change within the period of BR, however, you have a duty to inform the OR within 21 days and if your DI warrants it, an IPA will then be set up.
Hope that makes sense and good luck to the toon army with the football! I went to uni up there and still visit often so it's my 2nd favourite football club (if hubby forces me to watch!-haha)
