Posted - 02 September 2008 : 00:05:33 Hi nothing wrong with telling them but it rarely has any positive impact. Once you start to miss the payments the phone calls and letters are inevitable I'm afraid but if that's the way for you to get your court fees etc together then that's what you should do.

Its up to you. I did not tell anyone just advised them via letter that i needed a bit extra time to get myself sorted out. Some on here did but again its totally up to you.
