A limited company is a seperate legal entity, so will need to be dealt with entirely seperately from your BR.

Posted - 08 September 2008 : 11:24:00 Hi, thanks for that. One other question, we were running a limited company selling via mail order and have now stopped trading. We have some stock left which is valued at about £700 trade value. Will we be allowed to keep it, it was paid for by cheque out of the business account. Thanks again.
