Hi, both my husband and I have recently gone BR. Does the OR come to your house to see what possessions you have to sell? We have two children and don't want their lives disrupted. Thanks

No is the simple answer!
You are required to tell the OR of any valuable items you have.

Hi, thanks for that. One other question, we were running a limited company selling via mail order and have now stopped trading. We have some stock left which is valued at about £700 trade value. Will we be allowed to keep it, it was paid for by cheque out of the business account. Thanks again.

Hi Maz,

A limited company is a seperate legal entity, so will need to be dealt with entirely seperately from your BR.
