John	Posted - 17 September 2008 : 23:02:26 Hi CS that all depends on a number of circumstances. How long has your husband lived at the property? How long have you lived at the property? Who paid the deposit and from what bank account (his / yours / joint) ? Who pays the monthly mortgage and from what bank account (his / yours / joint)? What is his contribution to the household expenditure each month? What is your contribution to the household expenditure each month? Is there a mortgage on the property in the first place, and if not was the house paid for before you moved in?
