Posted - 14 October 2008 : 23:22:39 hi info if you are on certain benefits i.e., income support, jsa and some others you also need to get form ex160 from the court (it also explains all the benefits which enable you to claim the reduction of £150) also if you are a customer of certain utilite companys you can claim from their charitable depts.try looking at www.britishgasenergytrust.org.uk www.edfenrgytrust.org.uk and i think if you are a customer of anglian water you could contact them,i hope this helps

Posted - 14 October 2008 : 20:10:13 Hi info
I dont beleive that you can claim legal fees as such but a reduction in the court fee if your on certain benefits.
Contact your local court and see if any of them apply to you as some allow for different ones to be taken into consideration.
Best of luck
