hi info if you are on certain benefits i.e., income support,jsa and some others you also need to get form ex160 from the court (it also explains all the benefits which enable you to claim the reduction of £150) also if you are a customer of certain utilite companys you can claim from their charitable depts.try looking at www.britishgasenergytrust.org.uk www.edfenrgytrust.org.uk and i think if you are a customer of anglian water you could contact them,i hope this helps
