Posted - 16 October 2008 : 11:49:12 Hello,
I had a Professional Studies Loan with HSBC and that was included in my Bankruptcy....so I imagine that yours would be as well - as it comes from the Bank doesnt it....the Student Loans Company are an individual company.
I would phone up the company (anonomously) you have the CDL with and just ask them.
Thanks

Posted - 16 October 2008 : 11:24:22 Hi well as promised i have a little more info on this for you so, you'd need to check the agreement to see if it's a normal bank loan (included in BR) or a government-backed loan (excluded from BR).
Hope that helps
Take Care
