I was declared BR in April this year, Today I recieved a letter telling me I have been discharged early as of the start of this month, which is good news :)
Now I am discharged do I still need to advise OR of pay increases and am I allowed to do more overtime or am I still required to follow the same rules as before?

Ooops sorry i got that one wrong, Sorry shylock i just assumed that they would want to know once the extra person was around. If you get what i mean. LOL

You do not need to wait until the baby is born.
If you are aware of your maternity allowances you can do this now. Also you will need money to pay for things for the baby which you can ask the OR to review your IPA for.
I did this, and my IPA was cancelled. |

You need to inform the OR of your change of circumstances once the baby is born.

I do have an IPA but with a baby on the way I need to rearrange it.
However I am still very happy at being discharged in just over 5 months :)

sorry if i've confused anyone.
I had assumed that you did not have an IPA.
If you have then you do indeed have to continue notifying the OR of any changes in I&E.

I thought that if you had an early discharge but still had an IPA you still had to notify if you had a pay increase etc as the IPA is a different matter. I thought that discharge would just mean that if you had a windfall etc. they couldn't touch it?!

you no longer need to notify the OR of any changes to your I&E once discharged.
