Posted - 29 October 2008 : 19:26:01 hi me and my wife have contacted a bankruptcy firm and we have paid them 850 pounds. they said we should now stop paying are mortgage loan and household bills and that they would deal with all are creditors. we should get a court date shortly we are really scared as we have never been through anything like this and really are just after some reassurance. thankyou.

Can you call us tomorrow and maybe go through what has actually been said and done so far by this company that you have paid.
