Hi well i dont really know what to say other than it will all be ok, but i am a little concerned about the company that you have paid to do your BR.

Can you call us tomorrow and maybe go through what has actually been said and done so far by this company that you have paid.

The number is 0800 078 9367, its free and we do get back to you.

Thanks

Jo

Hi again

sounds as though you will be leaving the house and moving into rented accomodation?

Which company is it you are speaking to?

if you need peace of mind either call the helpline tomorrow or I am working tonight if you are desperate for a chat.
