Hi there GI

First of all i wanted to welcome you to the forum, and although i cannot offer you any advice I wanted to say i know you are feeling desperate at the minute but please ignore the post by tenable emma, as they are obviously touting for business!!

If you feel like you need to speak with someone it may be better to speak to Paul Johns at Reviva or even the helpline number on this site.

Take care and keep posting

Jenny

Hi

getting a further loan is not a good idea.

You need to get a plan in place to either deal with the debts via a debt management plan - where you may pay perhaps only a few pounds each month until the situation improves.

Alternatively you could look at Br. The costs for court are £495 - however you may well be entitled to an exemption for some of the fees due to your income. this would reduce the total fees to £345.

I would recommend you speak to someone first to identify what solutions are available and how you proceed from here.
