hi

If a blue & white County Court Form arrived tomorrow morning in the post ( bearing in mind that this is usually several months after one stops paying ) then if one extended the reponse time it would be 56 days before the creditor could actiion bailifs because you get 28 days to pay after the CCJ has "landed".

There are effective ways of managing these situations so one doesn;t need to get to the bailiff stage.

How long does it take to implement a CCJ?

Hi

if a creditor goes for a CCJ the judge will determine what the monthly payments are based on your income and expenditure.

In the event of your subsequent bankruptcy the CCJ ceases to be.
