it does depend upon where you go to live abroad. If it is the EU the answer is no, you would need to petition in that country.
If however is is elsewhere in the world then you could theoretically do it from abroad.
The costs involved would be £150 for the LPA, they are taking a very long time at present, plus the court fee in the High court - £507.
you could naturally ask a friend to represent you or choose a company to do so.
