hi all, just doing the final bits on my SOA, ready for court in the morning,just need to make sure i am getting this right !
1. so when putting mortgage and secured loans in the UNSECURED SECTION what do i put for :
1. amount owing
2. date incured
3. what was the debt for
5.where do we list debt for mobile phone contracts ?
6. also for credit card section where it asks for date incured, we cant remember, these have been ongoing for years, what should we put ?
7. in fact we cant reember most dates incurred for any thing including bank accounts, so again what dates should we put ?

Ah right so just write it in the unsecured bit then.
And again add a note in section 13.

sorry jo dont wish to be thick but on the forms in the secured section there is no questions relating to that and in the unsecured it says " what was the debt for " we are doing the paper forms NOT online |

In the sections for unsecured and secured re the house and the secured loan. You put in the words where you would write what did you spend it on instead of replying household expenditure or general living you write Possible shortfall.

Put the date you took the loan/mortgage, the amount that you think is the balance and obviously one is for house purchase the other home improvements

In the unsecured creditors section

Put a rough date and put a note on section 13 that the dates and amounts are estimates only
7. in fact we cant reember most dates incurred for any thing including bank accounts, so again what dates should we put ?
Put a rough date, the OR can find out once you have gone bankrupt from your creditors or look on a current credit file
