Put the date you took the loan/mortgage, the amount that you think is the balance and obviously one is for house purchase the other home improvements

Put a rough date and put a note on section 13 that the dates and amounts are estimates only

7. in fact we cant reember most dates incurred for any thing including bank accounts, so again what dates should we put ?

Put a rough date, the OR can find out once you have gone bankrupt from your creditors or look on a current credit file
